I was in a wedding in July outdoors on a 90 degree day in the the direct sun in a long sleeve light dress and these worked wonders! I did use these in conjunction with carpe’s deodorant but these two together are magic! They worked so well and were so easy to peel off after! Highly recommend!

    I don't understand the magic behind this, but it is truly magical! IT WORKS! Mine didn't come with any type of instructions, but I just went in little circles on my legs, and they are smooth as a baby's bottom! No irritation, no cuts or scratches. You don't have to apply much pressure at all. It rinses off easily. My new fave for my legs! The foot/nail side is just as amazing, barely any pressure applied and it got my feet feeling fantastic!

    I bought this item because I have wrist issues so I needed a different grip to do push-ups with. My brother had one and I decided to get the same. The plastic is rigid and the setup is easy. It comes with floor grips to put on the bottom (the spots match up to the inserts on the face) with extras in case you need them. The trips are a nice rubber as well. For context as well, I'm 5'10" and it's not small. Overall, highly recommend.
